A single-sided megamix featuring various UK garage & grime classics from 1996-2002 which kicks off with Denzel Washington's ''King Kong ain't got shit on me'' quote from the Training Day movie then features the following tracks in order:

Features the 'Baby' vox sample taken from the Cleptomaniacs 'All I Do (Bump 'n' Flex Dub)' which appears every 8 bars to replicate DJ Slimzee's 'Baby' dubplate megamix (also known as the Switch Tune dubplate) but with a different arrangement of tunes.
