We have a 14-day return policy, which means we offer a full refund on any records you feel have been mis-graded, UPON return within 14 days.


If you choose to cancel an order and request a refund, then you are eligible to pay the PayPal fees; these fees will be deducted from the amount refunded.

As a physical store in operation, sometimes items will have been purchased in-store. We always aim to take these offline immediately, but we apologise if this isn't the case. Full refunds will always be issued immediately, on the rare occasion this happens. Grading is taken seriously but note I am a mobile record shop that attends festivals & events regularly. Keep this in mind when considering the condition.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on mystery packs or gift cards.


Exchanges
Exchanges are not applicable.


Refunds
Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
